Shilajit is a sticky, blackish-brown substance that is embedded in the rocks in high mountain ranges, specifically the Himalayas, and is used in Ayurvedic medicine as a rejuvenator and for its potential health benefits
How to use Shilajit?
To use shilajit simply dissolve a portion the size of a grain of rice or a pea size in liquid and drink one to three times a day, depending on the instructions. It is commonly drank with warm water or milk.
